Catherine Igathe holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from United States International University. She has attended Executive Management and Leadership programs including Advanced Management Program at Strathmore Business School, Lagos Business School, IESE Business School (Spain) & Gordon Institute of Business Science - University of Pretoria, South Africa. She has over 24 years working experience, 10 of which has been in the C-Suite level. She has exposure working in a multinational company and with global teams, earning strong leadership skills as well as experience in distribution & Change management, strategic planning and building strong teams. She has overseen several successful organizational change initiatives including brand change and acquisition transaction. She is also a Board Member at Centum Investment Company Ltd and Genafrica Asset Managers. Catherine is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, offering workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching in Leadership and Personal Growth.
