GA Annual Financial Reports

GA Insurance Ltd prepares annual financial statements as required by the Kenyan Companies Act, 2015 and the Insurance Act CAP 487. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The Financial Statements are audited by external independent audit firms. The latest financial statements were audited by KPMG Kenya and received an unqualified opinion.

The financial results of the subsidiaries – GA Life, GA Tanzania and GA Uganda – are incorporated in the consolidated financial statements.
