Professional Indemnity

Professional Indemnity Insurance policy covers Legal liability for damages resulting from any claim or claims made against the insured for any Wrongful Act of the Insured or of any other person for whose actions the Insured is legally responsible, but only if such Wrongful Act is solely in rendering or failing to render professional services for others for a fee.  Professionals are expected to maintain and act within the expected standards of their professions. In the event where there are errors or omissions then the injured party may litigate for compensation.  This policy protects the professional or the firm providing the services for such unexpected outcomes.
