A successful general insurance business leader with 20 years post qualification experience. An associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) of London, Francis also holds an MBA from Leicester University in the UK. He has attended many local and international trainings on various aspects of insurance. Francis has worked in Kenya for many years and moved to Kampala, Uganda in early 2020 to nurture the youngest GA Country Office.
